Where it all began.
The IWV Insurance Agency, LLC was established in 1978, primarily serving scientists and engineers in a remote desert area of California, the Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake. Our agency grew with the community and began serving wider areas of California and Nevada. Over the years, IWV has been a major part of the building and development of our community by insuring homes, contractors, merchants, and providing performance bonds to the US Navy, local school districts, and cities.
A new generation of ownership.
In 2016, founder Daryl Silberberg, Sr. retired and handed the business to Daryl Silberberg, Jr., who was a major part of IWV’s success and growth. Daryl has since greatly expanded the IWV to become a partner with United Valley Insurance Services (UVIS), which has opened up the doors to provide nationwide coverage with access to many insurance companies. And as we’ve done since the beginning, we continue to make our clients our number one priority while treating everyone like family.
